There’s a bakery and cafe chain here in Utah referred to as Kneaders. I’m totally obsessed on their meals. they have the most delicious homemade breads, cookies, soups, sandwiches. You call it. on every occasion I’m in want of an excellent lunch or even a gift for a friend I go to Kneaders. they have the most terrific gift baskets with assortments of all their delicious treats.

COPYCAT KNEADER'S CHUNKY CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST

If I had to pick my favored component to consume there it might be their CHUNKY CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST! it's far unbelievably scrumptious! They use their chunky cinnamon bread and slice it thick, and flip it into the most heavenly French Toast you could ever consider. but wait, it receives better.  They don’t simply use maple syrup. It comes with a dreamy caramel syrup, and a facet of sparkling whipped cream and strawberries! Mmmmmmm i am getting hungry simply considering it.

If you don’t have a Kneaders wherein you live you’re nevertheless in good fortune! i discovered a copycat model of that brilliant French Toast that tastes just like the real issue!! when I made this for my own family I made them guess if it become selfmade or from Kneaders. all of them said Kneaders. Ha! as it clearly does flavor the same. in case you’re a fan of French Toast and simply scrumptious meals then please do this recipe. Your circle of relatives will thank you for it!

COPYCAT KNEADER'S CHUNKY CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 loaf Kneade's Chunky Cinnamon Bread, cut into 8 slices (if you don't live near Kneaders, you can just use some type of cinnamon swirl bread)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • CARAMEL SYRUP
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup corn syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. For the french toast: Preheat an electric griddle to 375 stages F. In a shallow baking dish, blend eggs, milk, brown sugar, salt and vanilla. melt butter lightly throughout your griddle. Dip each slice of bread into egg aggregate and coat absolutely on each side. vicinity lined bread on warm griddle and turn till gently browned on each side. Serve with caramel syrup, whipped cream and sliced strawberries on top.
  2. For the caramel syrup: In a medium saucepan, integrate all syrup elements over medium warmness. Whisk collectively until clean and sugar has completely dissolved. Serve heat over french toast.
