  • 1 cup grated apple (about 1/2 large apple or 1 small)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened smooth almond butter
  • 1/3 cup brown rice syrup
  • 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (or other nut), chopped
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried raisins

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a huge bowl integrate oats, protein powder, chia seeds, cinnamon and sea salt.

  3. In a separate bowl integrate almond butter, brown rice syrup and banana.
