Chicha Morada Drink (Purple Corn Drink)

The original direction to use the chicha morada ground, is a chicha morada or purpleness maize engulf. 1 cup chicha morada elixir
2 oz. simple syrup
2 oz. lime juice
2 tablespoons diced apple for garnish
1 lime round for garnish


Pour the chicha base into a tall glass, stir in the lime juice and simple syrup. Add some ice and garnish with diced apple and a lime round.


1 serving.


To prepare the simple syrup, mix equal parts water and sugar in a small saucepan, stir and bring to a boil until the sugar is dissolved. Let cool before using.
