Egg Paratha Recipe


  • 250 grams of flour
  • Enough water

How to make:

1. Paratha Bread Making:Mix the flour and a little salt and add water and stir again until smooth and not sticky in the hands, let stand for 15 minutes.

2. Take paratha dough, shape it to be round - round (as big as round tofu size) coat it with wheat flour, then flush it with a rolling pin to the right and to the left so that it becomes slightly oval dabbing with cooking oil add it with dry flour and press the middle so form like a seashell and cover it to the other side.

3. Apply back with flour and then squeeze it with a rolling pin until it becomes round thin.

4. Heat the non-stick pan, place the paratha dough on top, wait for 1-2 minutes, turn the mixture over and spread with cooking oil, turn back and do the same until the brownish yellow lift and drain.

5. Beat the eggs, put the oil on top of the pan, put the eggs wait for 1 minute and place the paratha on the eggs then press until the paratha sticks with the eggs back and forth until cooked and drain.
