Indian Chicken Curry Recipe


  • 500 grams of chicken breast, diced
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 1 packet of bamboo curry
  • 80 ml of thick coconut milk
  • 100 ml of water
  • Sugar to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Bay leaf
  • Cooking oil for sauteing

How to make:

1. Heat a little cooking oil to saute garlic, onion, onions that have been chopped.

2. After wilting add the spices to wait until fragrant and then put the chicken breast pieces.

3. After the chicken is half cooked, put the pieces directly and add water, coconut milk, salt, sugar, pepper, bay leaves and stir slowly until the spices soak.

4. Cook for about 25 minutes for a while until the chicken is really tender and the potatoes are cooked perfectly and the spices soak.

5. Correct the taste and lift and serve with chapati bread / tortilla bread.
