Shakshouka Recipe 

Shakshouka or shakshuka is a fried egg dish in tomato sauce, chili, and onion, often given a spicy flavor with white cumin.

  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 5 onion cloves
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 large chilli
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • Pepper to taste
  • Butter or cooking oil to taste

How to make:

1. Cut into all ingredients such as chili onions and tomatoes.

2. Prepare the pan, melt the butter. Add garlic, onion, chili and tomatoes. Saute briefly until fragrant 3/5 minutes.

3. Enter two eggs, salt, sugar and pepper. Stir for a while until evenly distributed. It doesn't take too long, and don't get too crushed & too dry. Because the text must be soft. For some other Arab countries or North African countries. Usually the eggs are left like this. Not in the scramble. The trick is to reduce the heat and cover the pan until the eggs are cooked.

4. Taste, taste correction. Turn off the fire. Serve with naan bread or bread to taste.
