these nutella crepes are a foolproof recipe for blender crepes packed with nutella and clean berries. ideal for a weekend brunch!

those crepes are candy and delicious with nutella and berries.  For a savory dish to go along with the nutella crepes try a breakfast casserole with Beaverbrook or ham and egg cups.

I happen to adore crepes – they’re light, delicious and the filling selections are endless. those nutella crepes are my very favored, I cause them to as a minimum once a month and my kids cross loopy over them.


  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk (I used 1%)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup nutella
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed berries
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted + more for pan
  • 3/4 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
  • optional garnish: fresh mint


  1. Pour flour, sugar, salt, milk, eggs, and three tablespoons melted butter into a blender.
  2. Puree until mixture is smooth, about 30 seconds. allow batter sit for 15 minutes earlier than you use it.
  3. warmth a 12-inch nonstick skillet on medium heat. lightly coat with additional butter. upload scant 1/3 cup batter and swirl to absolutely cowl bottom of skillet. prepare dinner till underside of crepe is golden brown, 2-three minutes.
  4. Loosen fringe of crepe with a spatula, then together with your fingertips, quick flip. cook 1 minute more. Slide crepe out of skillet and repeat with final batter.
  5. unfold 1 half of tablespoons of nutella over each crepe and upload a sprinkling of berries. Fold every crepe into a triangle. pinnacle with a dollop of whipped cream and serve immediately. Garnish with mint if preferred.
