This teriyaki pork stir fry is red meat tenderloin seared to perfection with colourful vegetables in a home made teriyaki sauce. A clean and healthful meal that’s geared up in just 30 minutes.

For the sauce

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
