This recipe for hen Caprese Salad is a brand new favourite of mine because it's miles critically packed full of flavour and i will’t stand a bland salad. The basil, garlic, lemon and oil (or apple cider vinegar if you’re making the syn unfastened model) all come collectively to sincerely bring out the flavours in the fresh tomatoes and compliment the fowl flawlessly. The complete recipe is then offset by using the creamy mozzarella and pulled collectively through the salad leaves, making all of it in all a total fulfillment.

The aspect that I honestly adore approximately this Caprese salad is simply how a lot you can p.c. into something that best takes 15 mins to prepare. it is the ideal lunchtime recipe, whether you’ve meal prepped it or are sincerely making it at home. What’s extra, you can cook the chook one at a time, as an example as a part of a roast dinner, and make the salad portion of the recipe as a side dish for absolutely everyone to experience! virtually times the recipe by way of the variety of human beings you’re serving and you’re giggling.
