I must express regret in advance as the call of this recipe is barely deceiving. The recipe does now not comprise a medley of harvest grains and actually carries no grains at all considering the fact that quinoa is technically a seed. So why preserve the name? First, as it’s catchy and it makes it sound greater distinct! Secondly, because that is one among my conventional recipes that inside the past I usually made with dealer Joe’s Harvest Grain blend.

long gone are the days of smooth trader Joe’s visits and gluten. Giving up the gluten became manner simpler than no longer having assess to TJs! I used to make this recipe weekly whilst i was residing in NYC and could make a large quantity all through my Sunday meals Prep to consume for the duration of the week.
