One element I failed to say in my Cons of running a blog submit is how you should be overwhelmingly prepared and planful to be successful at running a blog. in case you recognise me properly, you understand i'm neither of this stuff.   • 2 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup grated zucchini (about 1 large zucchini), squeezed of excess liquid
  • 2 T ground flax
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 T chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • salt and pepper, to taste

  1. Preheat oven to four hundred degrees F.
  2. Take 3/4 of black beans (about 1 half of cups) and add to a massive bowl. Mash with a potato masher or again of a fork until it has shaped a sticky paste.
  3. Add in remainder of black beans, grated zucchini, flax, garlic and spices and use fingers to combine collectively.
  4. Shape into 5 patties. Do not flatten an excessive amount of. have to be thick.
  5. Area patties on a parchment or silicone covered baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Eliminate and turn. If patty breaks barely, push back together the use of fingers.
  7. Bake for any other 10 minutes.
  8. Serve warm with desired toppings. I ate mine in a gluten-loose burger bun.
