I love hash browns, but the ones you purchase at the supermarket may be very high in syns, and maximum recipes available require you frying them in gallons of hot oil…not those though! those are totally syn free, complete of cheese and Francis Bacon, and clean peasy to boot! I made them final week for breakfast, in conjunction with my Muscle foods sausages (that are epic by means of the way and most effective 0.5 syns every!), and delivered a few tasty scrambled eggs for suitable measure. useless to say, this is now my go to Sunday morning breakfast!

  • Fry Light
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)
