  • 10x Button Mushrooms (or similar type)
  • 1tsp Very Lazy Garlic/2x Cloves Garlic, crushed
  • Handful Roughly Chopped Parsley
  • Fry Light
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)


  1. Slice the mushrooms lightly and add to a frying pan over a high warmth. Spray with Fry mild and crack over salt and pepper.
  2. Stir and fry for two mins, spraying Fry light sometimes to keep an excellent degree of moisture. The salt will draw moisture out of the mushrooms and assist them cook dinner.
  3. add the garlic and parsley and preserve to fry till soft.
